Where we ship

We ship across India. Some products cannot be delivered to every PIN code; if yours is not serviceable we will contact you for an alternate address in a nearby delivery area.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 business days of being placed. Our pieces are printed to order rather than pulled off a shelf, which is where most of that time goes.

Once dispatched, most orders reach you within 5 to 7 days. The estimate shown at checkout depends on the shipping option you choose and your location.

Delivery charges

Shipping is free. There is no minimum order value.

Address check

Before payment we verify the phone number, email, address and PIN code on your order. Please make sure they are right — an incorrect address is the single most common reason a parcel goes missing, and we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the courier.

Orders with several items

We pack items from one order together wherever we can, but not always — pieces sometimes finish printing at different times and ship separately. You will get tracking for each parcel.

To send items to different addresses, place a separate order for each address.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of that email — if it still shows nothing after a day, write to us.

Courier partners

We ship through third-party courier partners. Once a parcel is with them, delivery timelines are theirs, though we will chase anything that stalls.
