Angels Cry

Privacy policy

Last updated 13 October 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you use angelscry.in, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the contents of messages you send us. Payment details go straight to our payment gateway — we never see or store your card number.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and cookie data.

2. How we use it

To process, print, pack and deliver your order.
To contact you about that order, and to answer your messages.
To send offers and new drops, if you have opted in.
To improve the site and what we make.
To detect and prevent fraud.
To meet our legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is needed, with:

Payment processors, to take payment.
Courier partners, to deliver your parcel.
Analytics and marketing tools, to understand how the site is used.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, to understand traffic, and to show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — parts of the site, including checkout, may stop working if you do.

5. Security

The site runs over SSL, access to personal data is restricted, and we review our setup regularly. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, tell us immediately.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Anything else is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.

7. Your rights

Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it.
Unsubscribe from marketing at any time, using the link in any email.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

To exercise any of these, write to angelscryclothing@gmail.com.

8. Third-party links

We sometimes link out. Those sites have their own policies and we do not control them — read theirs before sharing anything.

9. Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will remove it.
